V-SOL maintains full accreditation of ISO 9001:2000
V-SOL were the first Telematics manufacturing company in the World to be awarded ISO 9001:2000 certification no. 01/022 in May 2001.
On the 7th May 2008 our seventh external ISO audit was carried out. We are proud to have our registration maintained once more but what was even more important for us and our customers is that we are able to do so with Zero Major Non Conformities and Zero Minor Non Conformities, and not even a single observation an outstanding achievement !
The Auditor Mr Barry Lyons stated
- The company demonstrates excellent commitment and compliance to the standard and their systems.
- All staff are extremely competent and knowledgeable in their areas of responsibility
- All staff actively contribute to all aspects of the company's business.
- The system is well embedded to such a level that no observations or non compliances have been located in the areas defined in the plan for the assessment,
- This confirms that attention, commitment and belief and operation of the Quality system.
- The quality System documentation i s fully compliant with ISO9001:2000 and the company's scope of operations .
- Furthermore all documentation is individually reviewed at Management Review - "21 pages" as well as during audits.
